ABOUT ME

Before starting KLEE consulting, I worked in the health industry, the pharmaceutical industry and the education industry. Throughout I have been interested in human behaviour and potential, and so I decided to study organizational psychology, to foster my interest in the development of the inner condition of being human for the benefit of individual well-being as well as the betterment of society. 

 

My own research in organisational psychology has also highlighted how the individual, society and the economy all depend on the inner condition of the individual. From mental health to creativity, unpredictable economic downturns to acquisitions, the culture in an organisation determines outcomes. The culture of a company is like its personality and character and therefore determines how an organization functions and responds. Neglect of a corporation's culture can create growing concerns with the cost of affecting the well-being of the staff, as well as the resilience of an organization. Many organisations list and promote their values, but very few measure and develop the virtues.

My goal is to promote and develop virtuous cultures in corporations and organisations.
